WORDPRESS | For Web Domain, I would definitely recommend I use it and hundreds of other bloggers do too. Also, you want your site to be self-hosted because all your content would be yours and there would be no chance of getting your site deleted for literally no reason at all. You don’t want to use Blogger or because they are quite pricey and most importantly if you use it for free, you don’t own the website and it can also be deleted for no apparent reason. Of course, no one wants that. You can download as many plugins and all kinds of plugins with, that’s just the best part.

Web Hosting: For hosting, I would recommend going with SiteGround or Bluehost.

SITEGROUNDI would totally recommend SiteGround for hosting (the website that holds all your files, posts, images, etc. and makes them accessible online). The first thing you need to do when starting a blog is to get a host.

The SiteGround customer care service is incredible — they help with literally all the questions & tech issues, and they also get you all set up too. It is super affordable, fast and reliable. There is a fast-click WordPress installation. If you are looking to start a blog, sign up with SiteGround $3.95 per month.

So look no further – Sign up with SiteGround HERE!

BLUEHOSTThe other hosting company I recommend is Bluehost. Bluehost is great for WordPress hosting. It is affordable and has low introductory pricing but their plans also start at $3.95. They have good security options and comes with a dashboard full of applications. Bluehost is the hosting company recommended by WordPress, so it’s definitely great too! Sign up now HERE

I recommend either Siteground or Bluehost for your hosting, they are both great options!

CONVERTKIT | I have been using ConvertKit and it’s hands-down the best email list provider. It is hands down the most powerful email marketing tool. It has incredible features from pretty opt-in forms to customizable email templates. I would recommend having an email list from the beginning of your blog! Make growing your email list a priority. The next step is to set up social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Stumbleupon etc) for your blog. It’s very important to have social media accounts for your blog because that’s how you’re going to promote your blog. Schedule your posts ahead of time using Tailwind. TAILWIND. My favourite social media platform right now is Pinterest.

TAILWIND | Tailwind is a social media scheduling tool is commonly known for Pinterest and Instagram marketing. It is great for getting traffic and sharing your content. I use tailwind on a daily basis to schedule my Pinterest content. I have grown from zero to 776K viewers a month.

It is amazing — it definitely saves up a lot of time and increases your traffic greatly. All you have to do is select boards you’d like to focus on, and add them to the schedule page on Tailwind. When you add images to those boards, Tailwind will work across the time frame you’ve chosen to publish those pins on Pinterest. You can try it for free here.

PLANOLY | Planoly is my tool of choice for pre-planning my Instagram. It includes a grid preview, planning for stories and great analytics tools PLUS you can schedule content and draft captions to post directly into Instagram. ETSY | Etsy is a selling platform for my templates and blog kits. There is a whole community of customers on there that you can get amongst if you have products to sell, whether tangible products like mugs or prints, or digital products. I love it for the reason that so many people go there to search for the types of items I sell, so it’s a great way to have your products shown to so many customers that you may not have found otherwise.
