ColourPop is a brand I’ve been wanting to try for a while now. So I finally got some goodies; decided to do a haul and share my initial thoughts about them with you.
The Super Shock Eyeshadows have been on my list for some time now. It is really hard to choose from the wide range of shades they have and they’re absolutely amazing. I wanted to get a few shades but ended up purchasing just two shades I liked a lot and totally wanted to try them out. In the end, I settled on Paradox and Birthday Girl.
The two colours absolutely complement each other. Paradox is a warm, matte, satin burgundy red. This is such a gorgeous, bold shade, and I knew I wanted this the instant I saw the colour. The other shade Birthday Girl is a light gold shimmer. I think I will make another order, and get some darker shades.
Both of the shades are very pigmented, and there’s hardly any fallout. They blend in beautifully and look incredible. The burgundy and the gold gives an amazing look.
I also got the Pressed Powder Shadows in — Cannonball, Stay Golden, Made To Last, Ego and Pinky Promise. I especially love the orange hue of the Cannonball.
The shades are highly pigmented, long-lasting and applies evenly. They feel velvety and silky. It contains a unique combination of softer powders which adheres easily to the eyes, gives a soft focus effect, and blends smoothly.
I was sure that I wanted to get the Lippie Stix lipsticks. So I got Lippie Stix in the shades — Goldie, Ziggie, Goal Digger and Daydream. They look wonderful when swatched and the formula is stunning But when I applied them to my lips, it felt very light and creamy. It was super comfortable and the colours were absolutely amazing. I love their long-lasting power, they literally stay on for the entire day! I’m just so in love!
Goldie, Goal Digger and Ziggie are basically reddish-brownish hues which are more suited for fall. Daydream is a plummy brown and can be worn all year round.
